ISSUE 004: WFA/WFH File Server issue - Unable to access the FILE SERVER after resetting the password.
Sample of errors

STEP 1. Make sure you are connected to VPN FortiClient.

STEP 2. Go to à “Search Bar (
)“.

Type “Credential Manager” > then “Open” Select the “Windows Credentials

Pathway: Control Panel\User Accounts\Credential Manager à (Windows Credentials)

Step 3. If you see these Credential names “prod_fs01”, “fspdi”, “fsde” Removed it.

Step 4. checking if the new password is working
- Press the Windows + L (
) on your keyboard to lock the PC/Laptop.
- Re-login using the new Password.
- End.
